Just came across Google Sketchup, discovered also some samples, the idea looks very nice! 3D  models can be placed on Google Earth. But wait… Windows Live Local shows us already the nice 3D features. The only  differnec is that you now can create your own 3D models and place them on Google Earth, that’s nice.
